CFPB tools for coaches
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau website has a large range of resources for consumers and financial coaches. Examples of resources that coaches can order and/or download for free and use with clients include:
- “My New Money Goal worksheet.” This guide will help clients gain a clear view of where their money goes so they can better manage where it goes in the future.
- “SAVED: Five steps for making financial decisions worksheet.” To help clients find the best deal when they shop for a financial product or service, this worksheet helps clients to stop, ask, verify, estimate and decide.
- “My Money Rules worksheets on savings, credit, and spending.” Clients can use these three worksheets to develop rules that are based on their own financial situations, and commit to taking action. There are worksheets around savings, checking your credit report, and spending and budgeting.
