Despite the falling financial markets and coronavirus fears, you may be wondering how you will respond to the decennial U.S. census. Thanks to The Wall Street Journal (3/10/20) we now know what to expect. Beginning this week, you should receive a letter (including an individual code) asking you to respond online at https://my2020census.gov/.
The questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete and you must complete it in one session (or have to start over later).
Households unlikely to have internet access will receive paper surveys in the mail. Census workers will visit campgrounds, RV parks, marinas, hotels, racetracks, carnivals, circuses and other locations.
